Q: KETURI – What does it mean?

A: The answer is quite simple and elegant, much like our investment philosophy.

KETURI is the Lithuanian word for the number four. Lithuanian is a Baltic language most closely related to ancient Sanskrit. The founding members of KETURI have Lithuanian heritage, bringing further meaning to our name.

Ideas Behind the Number Four

  • The long-term timeline imbedded into our philosophy of investing for generations. Time and the eventual compounding can make a dramatic difference in wealth. No matter where you are in your family’s generational continuum, think of four generations: grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren.
  • The four general categories of investments, each with varying profiles: stable, core, evolving, and international. Portfolios can be dedicated to one category or a mixture, depending on your objectives. All are managed under our KETURI philosophy with high ethics and a commitment to quality.
